Mobile Notary Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about mobile notary services in Central Florida? Below are answers to some of the most common questions clients ask. If you need additional information or want to schedule an appointment, call 863-320-1602 today and get your documents notarized quickly, conveniently, and effortlessly.

Can I request a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on the location, document type, number of signers, and existing schedule. Calling or texting with complete appointment details is the fastest way to check availability.

Can you notarize a document for someone in a hospital?

Possibly. The signer must be willing, aware of the document, able to communicate directly with the notary, and properly identified. The hospital may also have visitor or witness requirements. A notary cannot proceed if the signer appears unaware, unwilling, or unable to communicate consent.

Can a family member explain the document for the signer?

Family members may provide personal support, but the signer must communicate willingness and awareness directly to the notary. Legal explanations should come from the signer’s attorney or the organization that prepared or receives the document.

Will you provide witnesses?

Witness arrangements must be discussed before the appointment. Some facilities do not permit staff members to serve as witnesses, and certain family members may not be appropriate witnesses. Any applicable witness-arrangement fee will be disclosed in advance.

What identification should I bring?

A current government-issued photo ID is generally best. Because identification requirements and circumstances can vary, contact Haven Signing Solutions before scheduling if the signer has an expired ID, no ID, or limited access to acceptable identification.
